Hors d’ oeuvre: 6:15 pm
It’s a time to gather. Halibut ceviche, satay skewers and garden-grown canapes are among some of our regional tastes. Served on our engaging terrace overlooking the river – weather permitting!
Dinner: 7:00 pm
Our prix fixe dinner, featuring four seated courses, is a visual feast featuring our Chef’s special touches. Fresh local greens, berries and wild mushrooms abound. Grilled Chinook salmon, ranch-to-table Wagyu and our famous popovers…mmm. We invite you to join.
Seating:
We have a long-standing tradition of seating our guests at tables of eight – a great way to share good food in a congenial atmosphere.
Reservations:
Ring, ring goes the bell. Our one-time seating at 7 pm may fill up quickly – we do suggest advanced reservations for staying guests whenever possible. We welcome outside guests for dinner when space is available. Please call to inquire about reservations.

Although our menu is prix fixe, we will do our best to make your dining experience fit your personal needs. At the point of reservation, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies.
