Set along the banks of the Rogue River, this February gathering brings together Tu Tu’Tun Lodge’s quiet winter beauty with the expressive wines of Abbott Claim and Winemaker Alban Debeaulieu. Over two immersive days, guests will enjoy a private multi-course cellar dinner featuring current and library vintages, a guided tasting that offers a rare preview of the 2023 release, and a seasonal menu crafted in collaboration with our culinary team to showcase Oregon’s winter ingredients at their peak. Held in the intimate River Room overlooking the water, the weekend invites conversation, connection, and an appreciation for the landscapes that shape both the lodge and the wines. An elegant evening celebrating Abbott Claim’s past and present through a rare and thoughtfully curated lineup of back vintages, including unavailable and sold-out wines. Guests will enjoy Champagne alongside a magnum of 2018 Eola-Amity Hills Chardonnay, followed by a comparative tasting of Temperance Hill Vineyard Chardonnays and Abbott Claim Vineyard Pinot Noirs spanning multiple vintages. The experience culminates with a special look at the 2019 Abbott Claim Vineyard Due North and 2021 Orientate Pinot Noirs, offering a deeper exploration of site expression, vintage variation, and the evolution of the estate. A seasonal multi-course dinner from Chef Derek will be crafted to complement the wines, with guided tasting and conversation throughout.

Guests are invited to gather outdoors along the Rogue River for an Alban-led lunch presentation and comprehensive tasting of Abbott Claim’s soon-to-be-released 2023 vintage. This unhurried midday experience features the full lineup, including Eola-Amity Hills, Temperance Hill Vineyard, and X Omni Vineyard Chardonnays, alongside Abbott Claim Vineyard Pinot Noir and its Due North and Orientate expressions. Framed by the river’s quiet beauty, the tasting offers an in-depth look at site, structure, and stylistic nuance across the 2023 vintage, with guided discussion and seasonal fare to complement the wines.
