SATURDAY, JUNE 20
An Adventure Spirit
Saturday is shaped by the river and the freedom to follow it at his own pace. Early risers may set out for guided fishing on the Rogue, with coffee and a light breakfast offered before departure, while others linger into a slow morning—river walks, sauna, or quiet time at the lodge. Picnic lunches carry you into midday, whether packed for the water or enjoyed riverside with blankets, shade, and cold drinks close at hand. The afternoon drifts easily—rest, a swim, or a wander through the grounds—before gathering again for a measured whiskey tasting, thoughtful and unhurried. As evening settles, live music on the patio meets the fading light, with wine, beer, and whiskey poured freely as the river darkens and the day gives way to night.

Fish the Rogue
Treat dad to a full-day fishing experience on the wild and scenic Rogue River guided by local experts. This experience must be booked before arrival at the lodge.

A late champagne brunch is served in the River Room and on the terrace—eggs, smoked fish, seasonal sides, warm pastries, and strong coffee, with bubbles poured to carry the mood a little longer. There is time for one last walk by the water, one final moment beside the river before departure.
