MÄS

AT TU TU’ TUN

A RIVERSIDE POPUP EXPERIENCE
WITH CHEF JOSH DORCAK
& THE MÄS CULINARY CREW

For one luminous night, James Beard–nominated chef Josh Dorcak brings the spirit of MÄS to the banks of the Rogue.

Set al fresco beneath the trees at Tu Tu’ Tun Lodge, this exclusive riverside pop-up invites you to gather for fire-kissed flavors inspired by the rugged bounty of the region and the refined simplicity of Dorcak’s Cascadian Cuisine. As embers glow and the river drifts by, expect a quiet culinary revelry—elevated, elemental, and deeply rooted in place.

The menu draws from the abundance of the Cascadian Coast: Rogue Pacific Wagyu slow-charred to perfection, briny-sweet Clausen Oysters kissed by flame, and the green heat of fresh Oregon Coast Wasabi.

Each plate speaks of proximity and purpose, fire and finesse—hallmarks of Dorcak’s culinary philosophy that earned MÄS recognition as one of The New York Times’ Best Restaurants in America.

For those who know MÄS or have felt the hush of evening settle at Tu Tu’ Tun, this gathering is a homecoming of another kind—ephemeral, unforgettable, and delicious.
