AN INTIMATE WEEKEND OF RARE WHISKIES
NOVEMBER 14-16
This November, a once-in-a-lifetime whisky weekend unfolds along the wild and whispering Rogue River.
Over three extraordinary days, just twenty-four guests will gather for an intimate progression of rare and storied pours—beginning with a collector’s showcase of Wild Turkey’s most elusive expressions, from mid-century bottlings to unreleased innovations, each paired with a finely crafted dinner in the River Room.
The following evening, history takes the stage with a Glen Grant journey spanning nearly a century, culminating in the ethereal 65-Year-Old “Garden of Splendours,” matched to fire-cooked wagyu and a grand, seasonal menu. The weekend concludes with a luminous Champagne Miraval brunch, magnums flowing alongside caviar and blinis in a relaxed, riverside setting. Equal parts connoisseurship and celebration, this is whisky—and Champagne—at its most rarefied, curated with reverence for both heritage and hospitality.
Packages include lodging, dinners, brunch, rare spirit pairings, and tastings.
